Coached session: Yes, instructor led session
Level: You must be able to swim, this is not a session for total beginners, but is a casual and gentle swim session
Equipment: you will need to bring a padlock for the lockers
Additional info: you must bring your booking confirmation to every session to show reception as proof of entry, failure to do so may result in you being refused entry
